Your reply says nothing about fixing this issue. Please fix !! Make it so user can activate whichever pack they want to be using. Until this is done i will not be using jetpac Cannot use a pack if there is another which is not expired Very bad - happened several times to me now - Really rubbish. Im without internet - even though paid up.
Not bad for e sim And good support The app currently cannot handle if you have more than 1 active packs. (Eg cannot see remaining data) If you have 2 packs which are currently valid (date wise) it is impossible to choose which pack to have active. In my case I had SE Asia pack which wasn’t expired when I went home to Europe for a week and bought a Europe pack. I have not been able to use the Europe pack consistently because the SE Asia pack keeps defaulting. Crazy that I cannot select the active pack 😡 !!
