Handling bread and money at the same time is unhygienic
I need to freeze my bread as I don't have daily access to a bakery. Lots of breads when you take them out of the freezers crumble. But not the bread from Marie Blachere. It stays firm and tastes as good as if it was fresh. They have an impressive selection of breads at a very good price. Also their patisserie is delicious. The only thing I really don't like is that the assistants handle money and then go back to serving bread. Touching bread after having had money in your hands to me is unhygienic and I wish they'd understand this
