I have had a horrendous experience and am out of pocket by almost £70
I have had a horrendous experience which today got worse.
I placed an order in July 2020, received the parcel in August and after some backwards and forwards managed to get the Return Address to return 4 items that did not fit.
I returned the items in August 2020.
I have never received my refund and today I found out why ... I received my Return Parcel back.
So items that don't fit me have gone all the way back to China and then back to me.
In the global Pandemic, this has take 5 months.

I can’t say strongly enough - do not buy from this company!
My package arrived with a hole in it and items missing back in May.
I have been offered 30% 40% and 50% discounts (not in that order!) but not a refund despite doing everything asked with regard to proof.
I’ve had to go to PayPal but the dispute remains outstanding - the items went missing in May, I reported it to PayPal in Sept and I’m still going!
Now I find out I haven’t received a refund for the goods I returned (after a massive debate with the company).
A hard lesson learned but Seeing similar companies on Rip Off Britain I will tread very carefully again!
