Absolutely fantastic and trustworthy…
Absolutely fantastic and trustworthy company. I ordered the htvront h17 phone case heat press and it arrived promptly, upon using the machine none of my cases were sublimated as they should be. Customer service has been flawless in their assistance and guidance in trying to rectify the problem, it soon became apparent I had a faulty machine. They sent me a new one which was received within a week and works perfectly. I am so grateful to the customer service team for all their help and am extremely happy now I have a working machine. Fantastic company with exceptional customer service team. Highly recommend!
