Hobibear UK - misleading location and delivery service
With a .co.uk web address, and having been heavily advertised this on social media, I chose to purchase a pair of school shoes as it looked like a reputable UK based company. It's not clear in the slightest that shipping is from China and takes up to 15days for delivery. I am deeply disappointed and feel misled, especially as I wanted to support the company directly rather than going via Amazon
