Why only 4stars?
Because it said it would get there on Valen times day(on the website) even after I ordered a custom ribbon to go around the Bears neck the day before Valentine's Day I figured it wouldn't so I called and it wouldn't have if I didn't tell them to go ahead and leave it blank. Other then that good service and it made her hay when it got there yes on time Thanks
