Been using Banggood for 5 years with a major problem.
I have been using Banggood for at least 5 years. Overall very good and I recommend them. Delivery as expected at 2-3weeks normally to the UK and the prices are competitive. The items are as well described in the text but pictures sometime have been misleading. For example, the picture may show an assembled item that comes as parts to be assembled. The text will state this but when browsing this can be missed, just be careful on the pictures. The reason for 4 stars is that on two recent orders. After placing the order I got a message a week or so later that the items were no longer in stock and shipment would be delayed. I then tried to get a refund for the order but the web status just stayed as a in process and never refunded. The items in both cases then arrived a month or so later that the original dates proposed. No apology or penalty for this. (Maybe they should look at AliExpress policy). I would still recommend the use of BangGood as so far all orders have always arrived even if a little later that expected.
