I ordered two backdrops on 4th January…Don't believe what you see read the reviews first
I ordered two backdrops on 4th January and I got them a week later. One was perfect but the other one was far too big and not the same as it's picture. No paperwork whatsoever in parcel. I contacted them and after three days they replied and told me to send it back which I did unfortunately as it cost me £17.65. That was on 16th January. They did not reply to any emails until I told them that I was just getting messed about. Now they are saying they didn't get it back even though I sent a photo of my return receipt. I am totally disappointed with them and I did want to order more backdrops but NEVER AGAIN
