Want to cancel your order-no way
I bought a flash sale item for 0.1 plus shipping. After placed the order, I checked my order details and found out that I was charged the whole retail price for this so-called flash sale item. What a mystery! I tired to call their numbers never went through; wrote email and left messages right away to cancel the order. A day or so later, somebody replied my email says "are you sure you want to cancel? Please let me know. " of course I confirmed the cancellation. This is not the end. Couple hours later another email came telling me it was shipped and it was my fault for not inform them earlier. One day later, I received a shipping notice. How convenient! They just try everything they can to keep your money. I haven't received my order yet. Very worried if I will ever receive it. I will update later. I just want to share my experience and hope I can help others to avoid go through this crazy situation. My conclusion is never bother to try to cancel an order with Dresslink in a normal proper manner. Can anybody suggest some good reputable clothes supplier? Thank you!
