DJI service is exceptional, top class !!! I bought a used drone from ebay, crashed it into a tree next day, the drone was dead. I contacted DJI support, I told them that I crashed it. The serial number showed its still in warranty. DJI send a DPD courier to pickup the drone (they paid for the dpd). They fixed it for free ( the quote was 88£, but they fixed it within warranty). Then they sent it back to me via DPD. Turnaround was only 4 days since I sent it to them. Incredible! Way to go DJI
