Based in china - not in the country where they claim to be, depending on your location!
Ok, it’s clear - from multiple reviews from various countries - that this company claims to be based in the country where you place the order. I saw the ad on Facebook and it has a .co.uk domain. I placed an order on 3rd August, for a friends birthday, and it’s still not here. That’s because it’s sent from china and not the uk. I emailed the company, over a week ago, for a tracking update and they didn’t reply. I checked on the shop app and found that it had been shipped from China. I have no issue buying items from china when I KNOW that they’re coming from there but it’s a disgrace that companies are allowed to get away with misrepresenting this. I’ve ordered two bracelets - I’ve since googled this bracelet and it can be bought on Amazon, Etsy and eBay for a 3rd of the price. My own fault for not checking but this came up on Facebook when I was on holiday and seemed perfect for a friend going through a rough time. Absolutely shocking business practice. I’m sure they’ll do their big standard, copy and paste reply to this - as they seem to do on all negative reviews
