Warning dont buy this .. their support is scam
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rotimatic Next and would not recommend this product to anyone. I bought the Rotimatic Next around 6 months ago. The first unit stopped working within a month, so I had to return it. I gave the company another chance, but now the replacement unit has also failed. This time the dough catcher broke and the machine stopped working again. For such an expensive product, the quality is very poor. It feels like the product has not been properly tested before being sold to customers. A machine at this price should be reliable, especially when people are buying it to make daily cooking easier. The worst part is the after-sales support. When the machine broke again, I tried to get help, but instead of supporting me properly, their support stopped responding and appears to have blocked me. Even though the product is still under warranty, I am not getting the support I should be getting. This has been a complete waste of money, time, and energy. If something goes wrong, do not expect proper support. Based on my experience, Rotimatic Next is unreliable, poorly built, and backed by very poor customer service. I strongly advise people to think carefully before buying this product. It may look convenient, but if it breaks, you could be left with an expensive machine that does not work and a company that refuses to help.
