Avoid Panda Remit – Money Held & Refund Delayed Transaction number: 1473386773458456576 Terrible experience. I sent £2,000 and the transfer was stuck in “Processing” asking for additional documents. I submitted the required documents, but nothing moved. Customer support is extremely poor — endless automated replies, slow responses, and no clear communication. I requested a refund and was told it would take 3 working days. Now they are saying to wait another 3 working days. It feels like they are just holding my money with constant delays. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this service.
