Best customer service!
I recently ordered the rear view mirror bracket and arm kit. When I received the package the four screws were missing. I emailed customer service and received a response within 2 hours. After communicating a couple of time to make sure exactly what was missing they said they would rectify the issue. About four days later to my surprise I did not get the four screws that were missing I received a whole new kit. Then I received a follow up email to make sure the package was delivered and I was satisfied and it was working. WOW!!! How refreshing to find a company that takes their customers satisfaction serious. Great product and outstanding customer service.
