Slow customer service, and could not download one video ( no sound, huge file, 30 seconds of play)
Be very careful of customer service - they only promise response in 48 hours, and the product seems very buggy to me... so you need faster response times! So don't expect immediate results. Also beware of the bundle deals. It is not entirely obvious what final price you are going to pay - you can figure it out, you just have to be on your toes. I have been asking for a refund only 1-2 hours after I ordered, and I have not been refunded any money.
