Their site is a scam
Their site is a scam. Ordered their product in March 2024.
April asked where it was, they said they didn’t ship it because they wanted to make sure I got the right item.
Nothing arrived. May, comes. Nothing shipped and I email them multiple times.
They finally respond saying it was shipped but it was stuck. A day later they said it was returned to them by courier.
They then say they’ve sent it again. Two weeks later, we’re almost in June and courier shows they never received the item and only a label was generated.
I honestly thought this was a good company but they’re either scammers or they have the worst service in the world.
The person who’s been emailing me is named Nikki and until I get the item or a refund, they’re 1 star.

Sent me wrong phone and wont refund
I paid for a top spec phone in titanium, they sent me the wrong phone, lower spec, and then said if I wanted my money back, I had to either ship it to another customer, or send it back to them at my own expense!
What sort of a scam is this? They should have arranged for courier to pick this up and refunded me, yet they're trying to make me WORK for them.
Such a shame that this is the quality of their service. Sadly this is also not the first time they've sent me the wrong phone.
I trusted them, they've lost my trust. I'll update this review when they do the right thing.

Sent me wrong phone and tried to make me pay to return it
Paid for a premium edition phone. They sent me the wrong device which was also a lower value.
Then said they would give me 30 dollars as compensation. What a joke.
They then said if I wanted my money back I would have to send the phone back to China at MY cost.
This is the 3rd time (out of maybe 8 times) they’ve sent the wrong device or been extremely late.
They will do their absolute best to try and break you and make you give up.
