But for those who want to dive deeper there's a wealth of numbers and statistics and in-game settings you can adjust to get the most out of your team. The direction and pace of play, the style of play, the pressure you put on opponents, the aggression level of individual players, the list goes on and on. And of course the opponents have to be scouted in order to adjust your team to the next opponent! There's no distraction in the form of getting sponsors or building stadiums and the like, there's a level playing field for all managers because every team has to make do with the same budget.
