Managed to resolve my issues with the support team
Managed to resolve my issues with the support staff online and not the AI virtual assistant. A lot of issues raised, especially technical ones, need a support staff and not a virtual assistant. Information provided by virtual assistant can be found on web itself, does not need AI to answer.
