The item was too big and the quality was poor. I contacted them to ask to return it. Their website states that items can be returned but does not offer a process. I had to send numerous emails before they eventually said that as it came from Guangdong and I had to pay the shipping, it was not worth my while so they offered me a 30% refund. The item had arrived quickly so I assume it was shipped from much nearer but they wouldn't say where. Unimpressed and will not buy from them again
