Total rubbish support.. don't buy unless you have very deep pockets..I purchased a series one ..when there were no on line references except the paid ones..Now there's plenty real owners commenting do some research look at all the online complaints from real owners..not the sponsored or Mamotion employee ones..
Luba 5000awd fixed wheel paid $5000.00 Ran great for 2 years then charging station stopped working.had to purchase a complete new with adaptor as they no longer made the original (changed plug type) at year 3 it won't charge ..as warentee ran out in year 2 only help they give is return to authorised agent where they will assess and advise if it can be repaired and cost..you pay freight (I live in a remote area so freight would be in the hundreds) and cost of assessment. Service is rubbish from Mamotion and once the 2 years warentee runs out it pay pay pay! $5000.00 for 3 years is a rip off ..
