Best customer service
The 32-inch bunny that I ordered arrived promptly, but I immediately noticed that it was not the same quality fur or materials as the panda bear I had ordered from another company. I gave it to my granddaughter for her birthday, and within 2 hours, a tear was noticed in one of the arms. I wanted to return it, but my granddaughter just wanted me to patch it. I sewed it as best I could - it wasn't in a seam - so we'll see how long it lasts. After contacting the company, I was amazed at the prompt, courteous and responsive reply. Not only were they apologetic, but sent a new bunny at no charge. I have never experienced better customer service anywhere.
