A smart way to make money on miles you may not use.
The quote they provided was quick, a traveler to use them was quick, the reimbursement was as quoted and quick. Helpful agents throughout. Transactions using your miles is done in real time, so you do need to monitor your texts so the process can be started while the flights are still available, and once the ticketing starts you need to be available to provide codes as needed. Straightforward process. Highly recommend.
