Awesome experience!
I purchased a giant monkey and a giant rose for a surprise proposal for my girlfriend. There was a mix-up and I received the wrong giant monkey in the mail but Mike with Customer Service bent over backwards to get me the perfect replacement and on time for my planned proposal. They also threw in some extras for the inconvenience. So, although it was originally a mistake with what they sent me, the personal care and how they handled the replacement makes me still give them 5 stars. No issues with shipping or anything like that. I've never had as good of a customer service experience as I did with them so the initial mistake is easily forgiven. :)
