Excellent service but disappointed.
I ordered the big plush elephant and had it shipped to the Caribbean. Service was excellent. I have no complaints. Product quickly arrived at my US address and later shipped to me. The elephant looks just as it did on the website and the personalized stuff was exactly what I requested. But the website also said "This Beautiful stuffed natural gray color plush ELEPHANT is BIG! BIG! BIG! and SQUISHY! SOFT! SNUGABLE! It is stuffed SQUEEZABLY SOFT and will provide years of huggable squeezable love". Cute? Yes, but definitely not soft, squishy, snugable or squeezable. He is way too hard. Ah well, I guess it's an elephant and to keep the body shape, it couldn't be soft.
