The machine I got was defective
The machine I got was defective. Luis was more than encouraging and helpful. He guided me through to the correct settings and procedures. As we worked through the system , it became apparent that it wasn’t user error, but that I did indeed have a defective machine. A replacement has been sent. Thank you again, Luis!
