I wanted to cancel my subscription, no direct way to access EWA so had to use Paddle. Sent them a message and received EWA will be in touch with you in the next 72 hours but heard nothing. Sent another message two weeks later; same result. Tried to get my credit card company to cancel my next and subsequent payment and was told I had to wait for the next payment then dispute the charge. Been there, done that. The credit card company first asks you to contact the merchant! Had to cancel my credit card and get another reissued. Total scam. STAY AWAY!
