Had luck in the past
In previous purchases with the company I had no problems, and the experience was pleasant, but after opening up a ticket with them I received this message. "Please allow us 1 - 4 working days to investigate the issue of your order" However 8 days later (6 of them working) and I have heard nothing, I could understand if you said "may take up to 2 weeks", but generally when you give people a time limit you are supposed to list how long its actually going to take not a time period that seems appealing to the customer.
