My wife has just purchased 4 items from this site and the shipping was supposed to be FREE to the UK. I have since checked this on the website and that's exactly what it states. However, she didn't notice that the company was charging £24 for shipping which is more than the 4 items. Absolutely ridiculous and because of this we are trying to cancel the order. I am adding this to Trustpilot because as always these sites do not have the facility to contact customer support to cancel and hopefully someone at Dearlover will see this and get in touch
