One year warranty... or not.
I have ordered an Star S6 from the Pandawill, but after few month the top of the screen being unresponsive sometimes. Some month later the touch panel gone crazy, so I would like to send it back to repair it. When I ask it, they told me that the phone is not produced anymore, try repair at the local store and they will cover the repair costs, but firstly ask offer from the service. When I get the offer, they refuse it and offered me a 15$ coupon, because "you have used it for such a long time". They offered me 15$ compensate (coupon, so I have to buy from their site) for 120$ phone! What the hell? Pandawill is a petty liar!! There is no one year warranty for their phones! DO NOT BUY FROM PANDAWILL!!! UPDATE: Some month ago I had a bad experience and now, again. The phone what I bought (before the bad exp...) also failed. Warranty? No way! 12 usd coupon and nothing else... This is the second 12 usd coupon offer from them. Now I decide to I will resolve the problem through legal means... DO NOT BUY FROM PANDAWILL!!!
