Ridiculous 2 month delay and refusal to cancel
I placed an order on May 9 for clothing to wear on a trip in July. Only part of it shipped. July 7th, I still haven't gotten all of my order. I had been billed for 3 items that had never shipped, so I requested a cancellation. They cancelled ONE of them and proceeded to ship 2 shirts THE NEXT DAY!! that I no longer need (trip has passed.) Ironic they suddenly shipped after I wanted to cancel after all this time. They told me the only thing I could do is to initiate a return. So now I have to pay for a return because they took 2 months to ship.
