I would not recommend
I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with Litfad, an online company that I would strongly advise everyone to avoid. Dealing with Litfad turned out to be a nightmare, and it took an excessive amount of effort to resolve the issues I encountered. Initially, I found myself in a difficult situation as Litfad seemed unresponsive to my requests for a refund after receiving damaged goods. Countless email with little progress, and it wasn't until I resorted to leaving a negative review on Trustpilot that I managed to grab the attention of their VIP Team. This alone speaks volumes about their customer service. Engaging with the VIP Team was much better, they were more responsive, and their written emails were more professional however I wouldn't go as far as to say they were helpful. It took a significant amount of negotiation and persistence on my part to get them to acknowledge my right to a refund. Ultimately, I was fortunate enough to receive a full refund, but only after escalating the matter through PayPal. Litfad's reluctance to address my concerns directly and their lack of cooperation regarding a refund left me with no choice but to involve a third party for resolution. They resorted to asking me to close the case I had opened against them for a full refund, thankfully Paypal issues me one. The VIP Team did offer more reasonable refund options during our correspondence, but the fact that it required such an extensive effort on my part is deeply concerning. A reputable company should not make customers jump through hoops to receive what they are rightfully owed. My experience with Litfad was far from satisfactory. The lack of responsiveness to concerns, the need for negative online feedback to get anywhere with them, and the necessity of involving PayPal for a resolution all point towards serious issues with Litfad's business practices. I strongly discourage anyone from using Litfad and advise seeking more reliable and customer-oriented alternatives. It's a company I won't be dealing with again, and I sincerely hope others heed this warning to avoid falling victim to Litfad's questionable practices.
