A pure and simple Warning, I can identify my experience in a lot of the 1 star reviews on Trustpilot, please make sure to read these reviews. Already during our purchase process, we were warned that this supplier was dangerous to work with. We lost a deposit of 24.000€, after trying to cancel our order. We found several companies who wanted to buy our purchase, but Bodor found every time a new reason not to transfer the purchase to other buyer. End of story, they finally stopped replying emails, blocked Wechat, Skype etc. And we never got a chance to do right, they just kept every dime. The Bodor Sales was Selina. The reason for our cancellation was several important points. A/ Bodor take every complaint like a thread, and respond that they will stop communicating. B/ Their Bodor 2.0 software, is not based on own software, it is actually a Pretty user interface on top of probably Cypcut. The problem with this is that every time there is a new software version, Bodor must pay external company to update UI. So this means that Bodor software is generations behind constantly and mostly full of bugs. Beside the above, none of their software carry Microsoft certificates, so all security must be disabled..... Simply bad !! C/ All standard parts are altered and rebranded, so you ONLY can buy them from Bodor, giving two problems. 1/ that the prices for parts will be high. 2/ you are forced to buy from Bodor. THIS LAST POINT IS ALSO THE REASON WHY YOU SEE SO MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS, you will simply be cut off, if you complain. D/ The CE certificates we received, was not correct. They did not cover more than half of the demanded tests, only the electrical tests of electrical safety, not a single from Machine safety. Which means they did not comply with CE We got worried, and decided to test the business moral of Bodor, and as stated in the beginning of this review, we was confirmed, that this is a company with EXTREMELY poor moral. Now we have bought from other Chinese supplier, and can have directly contact with FScut, and get the best support for the software. Standard Laserhead and parts. And actually have complete diagrams over the machine.... This is the important points for us, that we are not dependent of cooperation with manufacturer or lack of parts ! Stay away from Bodor.
