Back Afloat in time for Grandkids
Within a short time after I reached out to IRocker, Brittany replied with a funny engaging message that let me know she heard my concern and that she was asking superiors to find out how they could help me. My IFloat had arrived with a hole near the handle. Brittany was able to replace the IFloat and had the new one sent directly to my home in Canada. The service was painless, prompt and to my satisfaction, I got the new IFloat before my grandchildren arrived for summer vacation. The customer service was very appreciated.
