Great potential, 0 execution
Did my extensive research last year and was impressed by what hardware mammotion offers. Unfortunatly, this year they seem to be yet another failed chinese company that grew faster than they can handle. Greedy marketing stunts, sell sell sell but leave their customers hanging once the product is out their warehouse (if you can get one to leave their warehouse). It all went to shit this summer when all support is dead, no replies on emails, no replies on the chatsupport, tons of complaints to be found on reddit and other channels. Their app support is rubbish, they push new updates for the newer products they release and tend to forget about new features for their old products (and I'm not talking about features that are limited by the hardware of older products) Stay away from this company, premium prices for absolute horse shit support. I genuinly hope they can turn this shit-show around, but they will need to act soon and fast since the bad word is spreading faster than a bad virus
