Don't use Paypal.
It was my first time buying from OffGamers. At first I used Paypal because the option was available, then I waited for them to verify my purchase and send me the iTunes codes. A moment later, my order gets cancelled and the reason was because they were "unable to take my order". They refunded me the cost of the iTunes cards but not the full amount which includes the handling fee, since they never provided the service.
