MINI3 Pro and Care Refresh Premium Service
We purchased our DJI MINI3 Pro Drone in August last year, completely new to drone flying and videography. Wow, this tiny machine is not only extremely capable, but also relatively easy to operate too. After only a few weeks of practice I was getting reasonable footage and producing YT video's of my own that I was happy with, and after 6 months the video's are of extremely good quality - 4K HDR and crystal sharp. I had an unfortunate accident, flew sideways into something at dusk - my own fault as the avoidance sensors dont cover sideways flight - on Monday at about 11pm this week, with a holiday to Orkney to fly my drone planned for Friday... I contacted DJI and instigated the Care Refresh policy, using the premium option, and 48 hrs later the replacement drone has arrived - I am awed at the level of service and amazed that what I though was going to be a ruined holiday is now saved! Couldnt be more happy with the product, with the quality or with the service!
