Not worth one star, but otherwise could not write this review! Do not trust their promotions and descriptions, these are total 100% lies. I ordered three "linen" items. All made from awful artificial fabric of the worst kind. None are embroidered, they are over printed in a crude, ugly way None are the colour I wanted, the white items are green The Khaki dress is dirty cream/green. Be aware!!!
I would not give any stars, but then you cannot write a review. I ordered a caowlneck jumper, at Euro38, in the middle of December 25. To my surprise I received a small packet 3 weeks later. When opened, it contained an awful, polyester teeshirt in the colour of rotten spinach. I immediately contacted the company only to get a reply that I can keep it and they will refund 20% of the price. When I refused and told them that it was their fault and I would not use the teeshirt, I got an offer if 30%. I refused again only to get an offer of 40%, this was today. Obviously I aim to get a full refund but it us a long process and this company, probably Chinese, does not seem to understand that it is their responsibility and therefore they must refund the money! It is also totally contrary to what their return policy stated. "Easy returns" was what it stated. Do not use them, unless you have a lot of time and patience...
