Disappointed
I have left a one star because the customer service was good. I had purchased the product, however a day after I received an email about tax charges to the UK and that they didn't know how much it was and would i be willing to pay additional. I declined, as the final payment i made should have included everything. I didn't appreciate the follow up for more money. I declined and requested a refund.
