Very efficient until something went wrong...
Received my order quickly and efficiently. Very good service and great comms. Issue came when the phone bricked ( stopped working with no obvious way of reprisal) itself on an over the air update. Basically sent a few emails back and forth over a week or so (including a vid of the issue) which were responded to relatively quickly, but the suggestion was I'd been modding the phone. Sadly I'm not that bright, however at the prospect of having to send the phone back to China from the UK, I spent 6-7 hours learning how to get the phone working again via forums etc. And managed to do just that. it's a lesson learnt to be mindful of where I'm ordering items from and in this case if something goes wrong either prepare to sort it yourself or have a very long winded wait for resolution.
