Two Faulty Printers in a month.
First printer (Centauri Carbon) delivered on the 4th May, stopped working on the 8th, took till the 27th to get a return label to return it, stupidly I then purchased a replacement the same day (Centauri Carbon 2) this arrived one the 1st June with glue coming out of multiple panels, scuffs and blemish's all over the printer and now it won't connect to WiFi to print, well the machine says its connected but Elegoo Slicer states its offline, having to put print files on a usb and manually load them, customer service is a joke they do not read what you say just ask for pictures and fob you off with absolute rubbish, replies are slow (based in China so 8ish hour time difference) overall if you value your time, do not buy from Elegoo, you may as well just send you money and walk away.
