Great service
Great service, great support and quality product. I came across Docan as recommended on many diy solar energy based sites. I gave them a try. I purchased the 280 diy battery kit and 16 CATL 304ah batteries. All this was shipped to Ireland. I didn't get around to building the battery till recently due to work and life getting in the way. I had an issue connecting to the battery BMS to change parameters. I reached out to Amy in Docan and she responded promptly with a guide for connection to the particular BMS. It worked perfectly. I had been using a slightly different software. I now have Bluetooth and PC connections setup. Thanks again to the Docan team. Greatly appreciate your assistance.
