Not even 1 star a lovely velvet coat / jacket chosen and paid for. ,and weeks later a cheap,cotton one turns up so disgusting on contacting and having to attach photos of wrong item they said we will offer you 30 % of your money back and you can keep wrong item I of course said no I want what I ordered. And they just ignore emails,…..the scam is to show lovely clothes that don’t exist and steal your money I am going to get my bank to get full payment back but a shocking time wasting scam . Just theft there site should be taken down and instagram should not support this obvious scam and theft Vera mitchell
