I have been using Lignosus for quite a few years now and they have been an amazing benefit to me. I had a lung problem in 2023 which at the time, was quite worrying. I researched a natural lung Supplement and came across Lignosus. I always try to go down the Holistic route opposed to taking medication which csn damage your organs. After taking Lignosus daily, it helped enormously and cleared up the problem. I have been using daily since then without any lung problems. It also helps clear sinus problems too. It is an amazing product which is natural and tastes pleasant and I will continue to use this for my health and wellbeing.
