sneaky, give me my money back( what is your excuse?)
answer the buyer, give them their money back, if as in my case the product is woefully inadequete.ie not nearly enough in the tiny bottle ,and not enough bottles delivered.the bottles in their advert.are many times larger than the ones you receive ,this is very sneaky and deceiving, fraudulent in fact,stop lying and give your customers what you advertise.
