Olderbest worst customer service.
My order was dispatched relatively quickly which I was happy with. It was well packed and I was impressed with the style and tailoring. Unfortunately the item was too large so I emailed for advice on returns or refund. They promised to reply in 24 hours.I am still waiting. I read varied reviews on Olderbest service and decided to risk it. Fortunately I didn't spend a huge amount and have now put the item on Ebay for sale. It's a great pity that customer services have let them down. I won't be risking anything from this company anytime soon. N.T. Worcester
