Very disappointing
On 15 October I bought a 50 GBP Amazon gift card which was not delivered because they ran out of these cards. A refund was promised. Recently they finally told me they processed the refund. Guess what….it did not arrive in my bank account. I asked them to send proof of payment, but they cannot send it so that probably means it was never send. They only gave me a reference number and told me to do their work and check with my bank. There is nothing on the banks website for checking a reference. They have now taken a payment for GBP80 Amazon gift cards in 2 seperate orders without delivering. Update: after about 36 emails and 7 weeks I finally received a £50 Amazon gift card on 4 December. I will add an extra star for this result.
