Great products and prices becomes useless if products never arrive
I ordered 6 items (5 different items, 1 twice) from Allbuy on June 11th. It is July 22nd and I have received 2 items out of the 6. no news about the other ones, Allbuy customer support keeps telling me to "please wait more". No tracking info, no updates, nothing. In the meantime, I was able to order other products from GearBest (one of AllBuy's competitor) and got my products shipped and delivered in 13 days! I am getting close to 45 days with Allbuy, this is unacceptable. It is one thing to have long delays (which I was expecting since the products are shipped from China), but it's another to keep your customers in the dark. They either sell products they do not have in stock, or simply do not ship fast enough, I don't know. If you find their products interesting, look on the Net, there are other (and better) alternatives than this company. I will not buy from again, despite their great prices. I'd rather pay a little more and make sure I actually get the products I paid for.
