Software is designed to spam you with buying options with no assurance it can actually recover your data. I bought a weekly licence only to be told that recovery is not possible. Also, the publisher did not reimburse me and just kept asking for logs which I had already sent through the software. *Update, refund has been issued though I did have to chase them for it
