Complete incompetence
Almost all aspects of the sale of ATT services were bungled by a nice, but absolutely clueless salesperson. Installation dates, types of service ordered, and especially the phone number to be ported to my new account were all completely wrong. Correcting ATT's mistakes cost me $50 out of my pocket, 10 days without phone service, and another half day off work to wait for the installation guy. No stars. Not at all pleased.
