I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!
My experience with this company has been little short of a NIGHTMARE!! I ordered from them in May 2020! My order was delayed at customs so arrived much later than expected! They wanted me to pay the £40 tax and said they would reimburse me. I didn't pay but received my order from FedEx. I then received a bill around July 2020 from Fedex for over £85 which, when I contacted them, they said I would have to pay! I persistently emailed Buykud, as well as writing reviews on Facebook, and they eventually in August 2020 promised to pay the bill. I thought no more of it then, in February 2021, I received a demand from a debt collecting agency for this amount. Buykud had NOT honoured their promise!!! I was told by the agency that I had to pay it or risk prosecution!! I have sent over 100 emails to Buykud but have still not received the money and they now don't answer my emails.
